Twister Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Twister Operator to join our textile manufacturing team. The Twister Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining twister machines to ensure the efficient twisting of fibers and the production of quality yarns.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain multiple twister machines simultaneously.
• Ensure optimum yarn output while adhering to quality control measures.
• Conduct problem-solving sessions with the team to address operational challenges.
• Ensure all safety measures are followed during machine operation.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to uphold production standards.
• Document machine settings and production anomalies for further analysis.
• Take part in regular team meetings to discuss production goals and updates.
• Assist in training new staff on machine setup and operational protocols.
• Foster a team environment focused on productivity and mutual support.
