Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Parking Attendant (Valet Runner) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently parking and retrieving vehicles, ensuring an exceptional level of customer service throughout the process. You should be proactive, friendly, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently park and retrieve vehicles ensuring quick turnaround times.
  • Interact with customers to enhance their experience.
  • Stay updated on parking policies and safety protocols.
  • Keep parking areas tidy and well-organized.
  • Assist clients with inquiries about services offered.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure overall satisfaction.
  • Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare reports on the number of vehicles parked each shift.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding vehicle handling.
  • Adopt a proactive approach to resolving customer complaints.

Requirements

Education
  • No specific qualifications required
Experience
  • Previous experience as a Valet Runner or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
Technical Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of parking management systems

Languages
  • English: Fluent
