Job Description

We are seeking a Flight Crew Supervisor to oversee all aspects of flight operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. The successful candidate will lead a team of flight attendants, manage crew scheduling, and maintain high standards of service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the daily operations of the flight crew team.
  • Provide real-time support to crew members during flights.
  • Ensure that all safety checks and pre-flight briefings are conducted accurately.
  • Engage with passengers to resolve any inquiries or complaints proactively.
  • Participate in continual improvement initiatives for in-flight services.
  • Prepare reports on crew performance and operational issues for management.
  • Foster a positive team environment that embodies the company's values.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Aviation Management or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in an airline or aviation environment
