Job Description

As a Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and installing HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and a strong mechanical aptitude, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control checks after installations.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss job performance and updates.
• Collaborate with suppliers to secure the best parts.
• Monitor van stock levels and place reorders as necessary.
• Provide feedback to management on customer issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot failures.
• Support installation projects for larger systems when required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications in specialized areas of HVAC repair are preferred.

Experience

• 2-4 years in HVAC systems installation or maintenance.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of oil-burning equipment
• Safety protocols

Certifications

• Advanced HVAC Management
• Gas Safe Registration (if applicable)

Languages

• English: Fluent
