We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Birmingham team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in financial planning and analysis, providing insights that drive business decisions. You will analyse financial data, prepare reports, and assist in budgeting processes, helping us maintain financial health and improve overall performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyse financial data to inform business decisions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects.
• Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures.
• Monitor cash flows and manage working capital.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or planning
