Job Description

As a Risk Manager, you will be pivotal in developing and implementing risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the organisation.Your expertise will help navigate complex regulatory requirements and ensure the company's financial integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and maintenance of the risk management framework.
  • Support the execution of the annual risk assessment process.
  • Provide guidance and insights to management on risk-related decisions.
  • Coordinate with auditors and compliance to streamline risk evaluations.
  • Conduct workshops to assess risk preparedness across departments.
  • Draft and update risk policies and procedures in line with legislation.
  • Evaluate supplier and third-party risks and establish mitigation plans.
  • Manage risk data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Facilitate regular risk meetings and workshops.
  • Monitor and review the risk environment and adjust approaches as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Risk Management or related field
  • Professional risk management certification (e.g., CRM, FRM) is required
Experience
  • 7+ years of risk management experience in the insurance sector
