Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor production metrics to ensure consistent performance.
• Assist in executing production line changes as needed.
• Participate in safety audits and health checks.
• Engage in team-based problem-solving activities.
• Keep accurate records of production activities and outputs.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on production tools.
• Provide feedback on production processes for improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's degree in manufacturing technology is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a production environment preferred

• Machine Maintenance

Certifications

• Lean Manufacturing Certification
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Six Sigma: Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies for quality control.
• Knowledge of CNC Machines: Experience operating CNC machines is a plus.
