Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Administrator to oversee daily operations within our healthcare facility in Oxford. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a passion for improving patient care through effective administrative practices.

Responsibilities

  • Administer health insurance processes and liaise with providers.
  • Organize and take minutes at departmental meetings.
  • Implement new administrative systems and procedures.
  • Manage supply inventory and procurement for the healthcare facility.
  • Oversee billing and payment processes for patient services.
  • Support marketing and community outreach strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Management
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration preferred
