Job Description

As a Drawbench Operator Helper, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Drawbench Operator with machinery used in metalworking. This position involves feeding metal workpieces into the drawbenches, monitoring the processes, and ensuring high-quality production standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Drawbench Operator in all operational duties.
  • Feed metal pieces accurately and monitor the cycle times.
  • Conduct precise quality assessments to ensure product standards.
  • Uphold clean and organised workspace practices.
  • Engage in preventive maintenance practices.
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and practices.
  • Assist in identifying any production bottlenecks.
  • Contribute to team discussions on process improvements.
  • Document production outcomes and assist in reporting.

Requirements

Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Prior experience in a similar role will be advantageous.
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of metal materials
  • Basic mechanical aptitude

Languages
  • English: Fluent
