We are seeking a knowledgeable Cybersecurity Consultant to join our dynamic team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and improving clients' cybersecurity measures, helping to safeguard their digital environments.
Responsibilities
Lead security audits and risk assessments for client infrastructures.
Implement security measures for both cloud and on-premises environments.
Advise on data protection and compliance with GDPR and other regulations.
Research emerging cybersecurity threats and develop proactive measures.
Review and enhance existing security policies and procedures.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on cybersecurity strategies.
Document security incidents and response actions taken.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or Information Technology
Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM) are preferred
Experience
3+ years in a cybersecurity or IT security role
