Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable Cybersecurity Consultant to join our dynamic team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and improving clients' cybersecurity measures, helping to safeguard their digital environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead security audits and risk assessments for client infrastructures.
• Implement security measures for both cloud and on-premises environments.
• Advise on data protection and compliance with GDPR and other regulations.
• Research emerging cybersecurity threats and develop proactive measures.
• Review and enhance existing security policies and procedures.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on cybersecurity strategies.
• Document security incidents and response actions taken.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or Information Technology
• Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM) are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a cybersecurity or IT security role
