Job Description

Join our team as a DevOps Engineer in Bristol, where you'll be responsible for the design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud-native applications. The successful candidate will leverage automation tools and work collaboratively with development teams to enhance our deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment processes and ensure that best practices are followed.
• Integrate testing automation into the deployment pipeline.
• Train team members in DevOps methodologies and tools.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve existing systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps

Technical Skills

• Terraform
• Linux Administration

Certifications

• Google Professional DevOps Engineer
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with multiple cloud platforms: Familiarity with platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud in addition to AWS.
• Scripting skills in Python or Bash: Ability to automate tasks with scripts in Python or Bash.
