Job Description

As a Computer Network Support Specialist, you will oversee and enhance our network systems. This role demands a solid understanding of network infrastructure to ensure availability, security, and reliability while resolving issues proactively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular network performance assessments and propose necessary upgrades.
• Set up and maintain VPNs and other remote access solutions.
• Ensure timely resolution of network-related incidents and service requests.
• Create and manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Implement monitoring tools to streamline network management.
• Assist in training end-users on network policies and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Degree or equivalent in Information Technology

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Certifications

• Network+ Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
