Job Description

We are searching for a skilled and dedicated Lap Machine Tender to operate and maintain lap machines. The successful candidate will ensure the production of quality products within specified tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Set up lap machines according to production specifications.
• Ensure machines are operating at optimal performance and adjust settings as needed.
• Regularly inspect products for compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct necessary cleaning and maintenance on machines to ensure functionality.
• Communicate effectively with team members to troubleshoot machine problems.
• Accurately log production metrics and report any issues to management.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines in the workplace.
• Assist in training new staff on machine operation and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

Experience

• Prior experience operating lap machines or similar machinery in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
