Job Description

As a Cyber Defense Engineer, you will be crucial in developing and implementing secure systems and protocols to protect our infrastructure from cyber threats. We are looking for someone with a strong background in network security, intrusion detection, and vulnerability assessment.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and enhance the security posture of the organization.
  • Investigate security breaches and take necessary actions to mitigate risks.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve security measures.
  • Assist in compliance audits and ensure adherence to legal regulations.
  • Create detailed documentation of security procedures and protocols.
  • Implement user access controls and manage identity and access management systems.
  • Collaborate with vendors to assess and deploy new security technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related discipline
  • Relevant certifications in cybersecurity or network security are highly valued
Experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity roles
