Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Car Wash Manager to oversee our car wash facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations, coordinating the team, maintaining equipment, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the car wash to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Lead staff meetings to discuss performance, goals, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct inspections of the facility and equipment to identify needs for repair or maintenance.
• Manage promotions and customer service initiatives to drive sales.
• Establish training protocols for new staff to ensure excellent service and safety practices.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve service offerings.
• Coordinate with external vendors for supplies and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to for employee and customer safety.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Proven experience in car wash management or similar role with a solid track record.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in operating computerized car wash systems
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in the automotive industry
