Responsibilities

• Coordinate between the kitchen and delivery areas.
• Ensure that all food items are appropriately labelled and presented.
• Work on multiple orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Implement safety measures to prevent accidents in the kitchen.
• Participate in team-building activities to enhance workplace culture.
• Conduct end-of-day equipment maintenance and cleaning.
• Assist with quality control checks on food items produced.
• Manage equipment inventory and report requirements.
• Contribute ideas for menu innovations and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate
• Basic Food Preparation Certificate

Experience

• Experience working in a commercial kitchen environment is highly preferred.
