Job Description

We are seeking skilled Extruding, Forming, Pressing, and Compacting Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our dynamic production team. The successful candidates will operate and maintain sophisticated lens molding equipment, ensuring high standards of production quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes and adjust machinery as needed.
• Assist in training new operators on equipment setup and operation.
• Collaborate with quality control technicians to resolve any production issues.
• Document any machinery malfunctions and report accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance technical skills.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in manufacturing or related field is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience operating and maintaining lens molding equipment or similar machinery.
