• Work closely with quality assurance to ensure all products meet brand standards.
• Train and mentor junior operators in best practices and safety protocols.
• Keep work area organized and comply with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and improvements.
• Assist in the development of new sewing techniques to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in sewing or textile technology preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in a textile manufacturing environment is beneficial.
