Job Description

We are seeking a Dead Mail Checker to join our team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving dead mail incidents, ensuring efficient mail delivery operations. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be key in maintaining smooth mail flow.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve dead mail occurrences promptly.
  • Work cross-functionally to improve mail delivery processes.
  • Analytically record and report dead mail statistics and corrective actions.
  • Proactively propose improvements to prevent dead mail issues.

Requirements
