Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Skein Washer to join our production team. In this role, you will wash and prepare skeins of yarn according to specified standards, ensuring all products meet our quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure thorough washing of skeins to meet quality benchmarks.
• Implement best practices for yarn preparation prior to dyeing.
• Identify and rectify defects in skeins during washing.
• Operate and maintain production machinery with care.
• Organize the workspace to promote efficiency and safety.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Assist in achieving daily production goals.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or textile environment preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in textile or garment cleaning: A valuable qualification that enhances credibility.
