Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Burnley. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimising manufacturing processes, ensuring high efficiency and quality in production. This role requires a strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse and improve existing manufacturing processes to boost efficiency.
  • Develop and manage process improvement projects.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address issues.
  • Facilitate workshops to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in manufacturing processes.
  • Create and maintain documentation for quality systems and processes.
  • Actively engage in health and safety risk assessments and audits.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline
  • Professional certifications in process improvement are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role
