Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Engineer to improve our production processes. This role involves analyzing current operations and implementing efficiency initiatives to enhance product quality and output.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize manufacturing workflows.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop training programs for operators on best practices.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to enhance product quality and reliability.
  • Manage projects related to process improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Relevant industry certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations role
