Job Description

As a Rework Operator, you'll play a crucial role in inspecting and repairing defective products within our manufacturing facility. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues will ensure the quality and efficiency of our production processes.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate defective products and identify repair needs.
  • Conduct repairs while following quality assurance protocols.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and in good condition.
  • Regularly communicate with production staff about defect trends and improvements.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss quality and efficiency improvements.
  • Assist in training new team members on rework processes.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development regarding manufacturing processes.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Vocational training or certifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing or production role
