Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Heel Builder to join our team. As a Heel Builder, your primary responsibility will be constructing high-quality heels for footwear products, ensuring precision and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Implement innovative heel construction techniques to enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with standards.
• Assist in training new staff members on heel construction processes.
• Evaluate and suggest improvements to production methods and equipment.
• Achieve production targets consistently while maintaining quality.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training related to footwear manufacturing is advantageous

Experience

• Experience working with high-end or bespoke footwear brands is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of different heel styles and materials
• Use of heel construction machinery

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with CAD software: Experience with computer-aided design software related to footwear is beneficial.
• Knowledge of automated heel building machinery: Experience in operating advanced machinery for automated heel production.
