Join us as a Packaging and Filling Machine Operator, where you will ensure the proper sealing of packages and contribute to team efforts to meet production targets in our bustling manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of packaging machines during production.
• Inspect and monitor packaging quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Perform basic repairs and adjustments on equipment as needed.
• Document machine settings, production quantities, and issues.
• Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with inventory management of packaging materials.
• Support fellow operators and assist with training when necessary.
• Contribute feedback for the enhancement of packaging procedures.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required
• Experience or training in the packaging industry is preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
