Job Description

As an Instrument Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and repairing a variety of instruments, including musical, scientific, and electronic devices. The ideal candidate possesses excellent manual dexterity, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to interpret technical schematics.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, test, and inspect various types of instruments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain records of assembly processes and inventory.
  • Work collaboratively to develop and improve production techniques.
  • Adhere to safety and quality assurance practices.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
  • Assist in training new team members in assembly techniques.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support engineers in design adjustments for new models.
  • Document all assembly and testing procedures meticulously.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Technical diploma in a manufacturing field is a plus
Experience
  • Preferred experience with specific instruments or electronics assembly is advantageous.
