Job Description

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Technician to enhance our growing team in Birmingham. This role will involve effectively resolving IT issues, maintaining systems, and providing excellent customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Support staff with hardware and software inquiries.
  • Setup and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Assist in the management of network infrastructure.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
  • Act as a point of contact for external IT service providers.
  • Participate in IT projects, providing input and support.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field
  • Relevant IT certifications preferred
Experience
  • 1+ years of support experience in a corporate environment
