Responsibilities
Support staff with hardware and software inquiries.
Setup and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Assist in the management of network infrastructure.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
Act as a point of contact for external IT service providers.
Participate in IT projects, providing input and support.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field
Relevant IT certifications preferred
Experience
1+ years of support experience in a corporate environment
