We are seeking a dedicated Shoe Machine Operator and Tender to join our manufacturing team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in operating machinery for footwear production, ensuring that all components meet our strict quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines for production runs and changes in design.
• Verify the quality of materials used in production.
• Follow production schedules to meet deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in a relevant technical field is a plus

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role
