Front-End Developer

Job Description

We are in search of a talented Front-End Developer who is passionate about crafting beautiful and user-friendly web applications. As part of our Manchester-based team, you will work closely with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to create responsive and interactive websites. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, alongside experience with modern frameworks like React or Angular.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable code for the front end of our applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Work with designers to create lightweight, reusable UI components.
• Debug and fix issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends.
• Assist in the creation of user interface design specifications.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Specialised training or certification in web development is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in responsive web design
