Responsibilities

• Lead the rehearsal process and block scenes effectively.
• Coordinate with the creative team to develop the production concept.

• Supervise technical rehearsals to ensure all elements support the artistic vision.
• Oversee the pacing and emotional impact of the production.
• Manage logistics relating to staging and production execution.
• Work closely with the production manager to handle budget and resources efficiently.
• Mentor assistant directors and stage crew.
• Foster an inclusive atmosphere that encourages collaboration and creativity.
