Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to all hotel guests.
Assist with administrative duties such as booking and correspondence.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests.
Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
Support the Front Office Manager in daily operations.
Plan and coordinate guest amenities and services.
Conduct concierge duties, including dining reservations and tickets.
Act as a liaison between guests and hotel management.
Collect feedback from guests to improve service quality.
Advantageous
Previous concierge experience: Hands-on experience in a concierge role is highly advantageous.
First Aid Certification: Certifications in First Aid or Health and Safety are an asset.
