We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Retail Manager to oversee operations in our Hastings location. You will be responsible for driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading a dynamic team of associates. Responsibilities

• Formulate and manage a budget to optimise store profitability.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Interact with customers to build rapport and facilitate a welcoming shopping environment.
• Review and manage inventory levels to minimising shrinkage.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in retail leadership roles
