Job Description

We are seeking a Buckle Strap Drum Operator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the machinery that produces metal drums, ensuring productivity and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery for the production of metal drums.
• Conduct quality checks and rectify any discrepancies in production.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Document maintenance and operational logs regularly.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production efficiency.
• Implement safety protocols at all times.
• Assist with inventory management of materials.
• Engage in cross-training with other production roles.
• Contribute to a team-oriented work atmosphere.
• Stay updated on machine operation techniques and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in machine operation is an advantage

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial.
