Job Description

As an Oil Burner Repairer, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing oil burners used in diverse industrial settings. The role involves troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring the efficient operation of oil burners. Responsibilities

• Inspect thoroughly the oil burners, identifying malfunctions effectively.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance checks.
• Replace faulty components and ensure repairs meet industry standards.
• Document maintenance activities and prepare reports.
• Deliver technical support and advice to clients in person and remotely.
• Ensure that all work complies with health and safety legislation.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programmes.
• Work closely with senior technicians on complex issues.
• Monitor inventory levels for replacement parts and order when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant technical qualification in HVAC or a similar field

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the HVAC or oil burner industry.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with various oil burner models
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools and repair equipment

Soft Skills

• Customer service skills
• Time management

Certifications

• City and Guilds in Oil Burner Maintenance

Languages

• English: Fluent
