Job Description

As a Maintainability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products and systems are easy to maintain and operate. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing strategies, and working closely with design teams to enhance maintainability throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse data to pinpoint areas requiring maintainability enhancements.
  • Develop maintainability plans for new engineering projects.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to optimise equipment performance.
  • Establish maintenance benchmarks to evaluate product efficiency.
  • Conduct training sessions for maintenance teams on new procedures.
  • Utilise reliability software to model potential issues.
  • Implement condition-based maintenance techniques.
  • Review and revise maintenance protocols regularly.
  • Assist in the implementation of root cause analyses for equipment failures.
  • Lead workshops to promote best practices in maintainability.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree preferred in Engineering or a related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in maintainability engineering or similar role
