Environmental Compliance Inspector

Job Description

As an Environmental Compliance Inspector, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients adhere to environmental regulations. You will analyse data related to environmental quality, conduct assessments, and provide technical support to clients in order to enhance compliance and mitigate impacts on the environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental audits and inspections.
• Assist in developing and implementing environmental management strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of environmental programs.
• Advise clients on environmental compliance and sustainable practices.
• Prepare presentations and reports on environmental performance.
• Engage with stakeholders to discuss compliance issues and solutions.
• Train and mentor junior staff on environmental compliance practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Master's degree in Environmental Management is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in environmental compliance and consulting

• Project Management Software
• Programming Languages (Python, R)

Certifications

• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor

Languages

• English: Fluent
