Job Description

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a vital role in managing and monitoring clinical trial studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and protocols. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design and development of clinical study protocols.
  • Monitor patient safety throughout the clinical trial process.
  • Facilitate effective communication between sites and sponsors.
  • Manage budget and timelines associated with clinical trials.
  • Conduct regular inspections of clinical sites for compliance.
  • Lead discussions around study progress and outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field
  • Additional relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience
  • 3+ years of clinical research experience, especially in monitoring roles
