Job Description

We are seeking an Environmental Scientist with extensive experience in marine and oceanographic research. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental assessment and monitoring, focusing on conserving marine life.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement research methodologies for marine studies.
  • Engage in community education and outreach regarding ocean conservation.
  • Develop and maintain databases of environmental data.
  • Foster partnerships with local organisations for collaborative projects.
  • Conduct training for junior staff and interns in environmental science techniques.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marine Science or a related discipline
  • PhD in a relevant field is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in environmental science or marine research
