Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Textile Cutting Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various textile cutting machines and ensuring efficient and precise production.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run textile cutting machines with high precision.
• Perform quality inspections on cut pieces to ensure they meet industry standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production timelines and challenges.
• Assist in training junior operators on effective machine operation.
• Document operational procedures and maintain machine logs.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill production schedules.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in textile technology is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• CAD Software
• Metrology Techniques

• Organisational Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Aerospace Industry: Prior working experience in aerospace or automotive sectors would be an advantage.
