Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Soaker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will ensure materials are soaked to specifications while maintaining quality control and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process and soak materials efficiently to meet production targets.
• Conduct quality checks on materials before and after soaking.
• Document soaking processes and material conditions.
• Work closely with supervisors to improve soaking techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in training new team members on soaking operations.
• Participate in safety audits and team meetings.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
• Help troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate records of soaking times and quality assessments.

Requirements

Education

• Basic education preferred

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
