Job Description

We are currently seeking a Lamp Shades Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality lamp shades in a busy manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in production management and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the lamp shades manufacturing team.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet customer demand.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Maintain accurate production records and track inventory.
• Train and develop team members for enhanced performance.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing for product development.

Requirements

Education

• Qualification in Manufacturing or Production Management (preferred)

Experience

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with lamp shades

Technical Skills

• Strong organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software

Soft Skills

• Team collaboration skills
• Attention to detail

Languages

• English: Fluent
