We are seeking a skilled Insurance Underwriter to join our growing team in Luton. In this role, you will assess risks and determine policy terms and pricing for various insurance products. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement underwriting strategies to minimize risk.
• Perform data analysis to support underwriting decisions.
• Engage with clients to explain coverage options and terms.
• Work closely with claims adjusters to evaluate claims and determine payouts.
• Prepare reports on underwriting activities and performance metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, or related discipline
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in underwriting or risk assessment
