Responsibilities

• Utilize computer software to track and manage applications.
• Prepare reports on underwriting performance and market trends.
• Offer guidance to junior underwriters and staff.
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills.
• Strengthen relationships with clients through effective communication.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Postgraduate studies in Risk Management is a plus.

Experience

• 5 years of experience with substantial underwriting experience.
