We are seeking a qualified Tax Strategy Manager to join our growing team in Plymouth. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to enhance our tax strategy, ensuring compliance while optimising tax obligations for our clients. Responsibilities

• Implement robust tax management processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate audit processes.
• Conduct impact assessments of tax law changes and incorporate findings into strategy.
• Supervise tax compliance and reporting activities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership regarding tax issues and strategies.
• Develop training materials for staff on tax-related topics and compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities for tax savings through strategic planning.
• Ensure that all tax-related documentation is complete and accurate.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Master's degree in Taxation or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in advanced tax planning and strategy development
