We are currently seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Birmingham team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional technical support to our clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth IT operation. Responsibilities

  • Support clients by providing timely technical assistance.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in a proactive manner.
  • Manage the setup of new IT systems and resolve configuration problems.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support queries and solutions.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for higher-level support.
  • Contribute to the improvement of IT processes and services.
  • Assist in managing IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Stay informed about new technologies and tools in the IT sector.
  • Work with the team to support project rollouts and upgrades.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • HND or equivalent in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a help desk or IT support role

  • Mac OS
  • Office 365

Certifications
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
