We are seeking an experienced Coating Mixer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and mixing coating materials for various applications. Attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing and blending machinery effectively and safely.
• Ensure proper measurement of ingredients for mixing processes.
• Participate in the training of new operators and assist in their development.
• Consistently monitor and record production data to maintain compliance.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure product meets specifications.
• Engage in continuous improvement processes to enhance productivity.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience with specific coating materials or applications is a plus

• Health and Safety Regulations
• Quality Control Procedures

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with specific coating materials or applications: Familiarity with unique coating materials relevant to our industry.
• Prior experience in inventory management: Knowledge in managing inventory and ordering coating materials.
