Job Description

As an Investigation Clerk, you will be responsible for conducting detailed investigations into claims, gathering evidence, and compiling reports to support our claims management process. This role requires strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail to ensure thorough assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document evidence pertinent to insurance claims.
  • Assist the claims team in the timely processing of claims through detailed investigation.
  • Stay current with changes in regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders involved in investigations.
  • Maintain organized records of all investigations and findings for future reference.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in investigative services or a related role

Languages

Advantageous
