Job Description

The Fly Worker is essential to maintaining passenger safety and comfort during flights. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent customer service, along with the ability to remain composed during emergencies. Your role will involve serving meals, ensuring cabin cleanliness, and assisting passengers as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Implement safety protocols pre-flight and during the flight.
  • Show passengers the safety features of the aircraft.
  • Keep the in-flight area clean and tidy.
  • Serve refreshments and meals in a timely manner.
  • Address any passenger concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist fellow crew members in emergency preparations.
  • Communicate passenger needs to the flight crew.
  • Prepare necessary reports and logs.
  • Ensure adherence to FAA regulations and airline policies.
  • Create a welcoming environment for all passengers.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is advantageous

Languages
