Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Research Scientist to join our team in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will conduct innovative research in biotechnology, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement experiments that drive scientific advancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead research projects from conception through to completion.
• Design and analyse experiments to test hypotheses.
• Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed research proposals and publications.
• Train and supervise laboratory staff and students.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of research results.

Requirements

Education

• PhD in Biology, Chemistry, or related field
• Post-doctoral work is a plus

• 3+ years in applied research
