Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Supervisor to oversee the installation processes within our team in Keighley. The successful candidate will manage site personnel, ensuring installations are executed efficiently, safely, and on schedule. With a focus on quality control, you will work closely with project managers and engineers to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead installation teams through all phases of installation projects.
  • Review and approve installation plans and schedules.
  • Ensure all safety regulations and standards are followed on-site.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to coordinate material orders and deliveries.
  • Facilitate on-site training sessions for new staff.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the installation processes.
  • Manage the allocation of tools and equipment for installation tasks.
  • Conduct post-installation evaluations to ensure successful project completion.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts for installation projects.
  • Stay updated on relevant technology and best practices in the installation field.

Requirements

Education
  • HNC/HND in Engineering or Construction-related discipline
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in installation supervision

Advantageous
